I am an Assistant Professor in the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University, an Affiliate Fellow at the Center for Innovations in Community Safety at Georgetown Law. Formerly, I was a Visiting Scholar on Race, Policing and Crime at the National Police Foundation, an Assistant Professor in the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University (OSU), and a UC President’s Postdoctoral Fellow in the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.

My research interests lie at the intersection of public administration and management, criminal justice policy, and racial equity.
